These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the entire relationship between x4444 and any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses any service provided by x4444 ("the Platform"). By proceeding past the registration stage, or by using any product, feature, or service on the Platform, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in their entirety.
• You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms.
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms and any supplementary policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms are supplemented by any game-specific rules, bonus terms, and promotional conditions published on the Platform from time to time. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and supplementary rules, the supplementary rules shall prevail only with respect to the specific product or promotion to which they relate.

To register an account and use the services of x4444, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which you hold an active account:

• Single Account: Each individual may hold only one registered account with x4444. Multiple accounts per person are strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts, with any balances forfeited.

Once your account is registered, you are responsible for all activity conducted through it. The following rules apply to the management of your x4444 account:

• Login Credentials: You must keep your username and password strictly confidential. You must not share your login details with any third party, nor allow any other person to access your account.
• Account Security: If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify x4444 support immediately at [email protected]. x4444 will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Account Verification (KYC): x4444 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit copies of a government-issued identification document, proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC will result in withdrawal requests being held until the process is completed.
• Dormant Accounts: An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. x4444 reserves the right to apply a monthly account maintenance fee of ৳100 to dormant accounts. You will be notified before any deduction is made.
• Account Closure: You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting x4444 support. Any outstanding balance will be returned to your registered payment method following successful KYC verification.

All financial transactions on x4444 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawal requests:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for a deposit on the same account. x4444 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in your name.
• x4444 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard fraud prevention measure and does not imply any suspicion of wrongdoing.
• Deposits made for the purpose of exploiting bonuses without genuine play — commonly referred to as "bonus hunting" or "gnoming" — are prohibited. x4444 may void such deposits and associated winnings at its discretion.
• All transactions are subject to anti-money laundering (AML) screening. Where a transaction triggers an AML review, processing times may be extended. x4444 is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities where required.

x4444 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All such offers are governed by specific terms published at the time of the promotion. General bonus terms include:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each individual bonus offer page.

• Finality of Bets: Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the x4444 platform, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the player except where x4444 specifically provides a cash-out or bet-edit feature for that market.
• Obvious Errors: x4444 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds or in circumstances where a technical error has resulted in prices being materially different from the true market. Winnings generated from obvious errors will not be paid.
• Market Suspension: x4444 may suspend any betting market at any time without prior notice, particularly in response to breaking news, match incidents, or integrity concerns. Bets placed before a suspension are valid unless they relate to the specific incident that triggered the suspension.
• Result Disputes: In the event of a dispute regarding the result of a sporting event or casino game outcome, the decision of x4444's settlement team is final. Disputes must be raised within 72 hours of the disputed settlement.
• System Malfunction: In the event of a game or system malfunction, all bets and plays affected by the malfunction will be voided and stakes refunded to players' accounts.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on x4444. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently terminated, with balances withheld pending investigation:

• Opening or operating more than one account on the x4444 platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to disguise your geographic location or IP address.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider betting.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game, poker room, or tournament.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or other technological tools not expressly permitted by x4444.
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, game errors, or pricing anomalies for financial gain.
• Engaging in money laundering or using x4444 to process funds obtained through illegal activity.
• Abusing, harassing, or threatening x4444 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Misrepresenting your identity or impersonating another player or x4444 employee.

All content published on the x4444 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software — is the property of x4444 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the x4444 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any x4444 content without prior written authorisation.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on x4444 content or software.
• Use x4444's trademarks, brand name, or logo in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without express written consent.
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise systematically extract data from the x4444 platform.

Any unauthorised use of x4444's intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, x4444's total liability to any player in connection with the use of the Platform — whether arising from contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall be limited to the net amount deposited by the player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

x4444 shall not be liable for any of the following, whether direct or indirect:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Loss arising from network or internet connectivity failures outside x4444's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from third-party payment provider delays, errors, or failures.
• Consequential, special, indirect, or punitive damages of any kind.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by x4444's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

x4444 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its current form.

• Verify your identity and fulfil KYC obligations.

Upon termination of your account, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Any outstanding balance in your account at the time of termination for breach will be reviewed and may be withheld pending the outcome of any investigation. Where termination is for reasons other than breach, your balance will be returned to your registered payment method following KYC verification.
